Inova Health System and the Washington Mystics invite you to celebrate National Family Health & Fitness Day with us. Partner with us to show the children in our community that healthy living can be fun! Take charge of your family's health and get active together. Live well by making healthy choices.

Everyone is invited to attend this free community event, but please leave pets at home.

When and where is the event? Where do you park?
Get Movin' Family Fun Day is Saturday, September 24, at ProJet Aviation Hangar next to Leesburg Executive Airport in Leesburg, VA. Shuttle buses will transport people between designated parking at the Leesburg Park & Ride near the airport at 19730 Sycolin Road, Leesburg, VA 20175 and the event entrance. Parking and shuttle buses are free. Festivities begin at 11 a.m. and end at 5 p.m.

Will there be concessions?
Yes, there will be several healthy food options appealing to all appetites. All food sales will be cash only though.
